We used this company in Mexico for airport transfers and a day trip out of the hotel to Tulum. Our two different drivers Luis and Nicolas were very friendly and efficient and helped with any of our queries. The vehicles were all clean and tidy and the drivers took great care to ensure a smooth and safe passenger experience. We travelled in both a side ramp vehicle which put the chair into the middle of the vehicle and a rear ramped vehicle putting the chair at the back. I would say if you cannot transfer out of the wheelchair it is a slightly better passenger experience to travel in the middle of the vehicle. We are a family of 4 and our son uses a powered wheelchair. We had no problems with the ramps or any access. I would use this company again if we travel to Cancun again.

We have a family member in a wheelchair traveling with quite a bit of medical equipment and used Cancun Accessible with driver, Luis Cordero. Upon arrival at the airport, Luis ensured our family member was safely secured in the wheelchair and van. His number one priority was safety. Once the seat belt was fastened, he helped load our luggage and medical equipment into the van with care to ensure nothing would be damaged. He was courteous , respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. We felt safe and well taken care of for our transport. We requested Luis pick us up for our departure. Traveling with a medically fragile family member involves many logistics. Luis gave us peace of mind and we are very grateful.

Our driver Luis took us to Chichen Itza on a tour and back to the airport in Cancun from Playa del Carmen and was helpful everytime in making sure my mother felt secure when making the transfers in and out of the vehicle with walker or wheelchair. He helped getting the wheelchair assistance at the airport which was very helpful!
